成都安蓉生物醫藥科技產業園開發有限公司（以下簡稱“成都安蓉公司”）成立于2018年11月，注冊資金5億元，注冊地成都市高新技術開發區，是廣安醫藥投資發展集團與岳池縣發展建設集團共同組建的全資國有公司。主要職責是落實四川省委“一干多支，協同發展”和廣安市委“341”工業發展戰略部署，與廣安生物醫藥產業發展配套，在成都天府國際生物城投資建設成都·廣安生物醫藥協作研發基地（成都安蓉生物醫藥科技產業園）。成都安蓉公司以投資建設醫藥科技產業園、開展科技研發（孵化）與成果轉化為主業，為廣安生物醫藥產業發展提供科技、人才、項目支撐。成都安蓉公司通過政府引導投入和市場化投資路徑，發揮科技賦能、科技投資和科技服務的主體功能，實現國有資本引導社會資本對廣安生物醫藥產業的全生命周期培育和投資，通過“研發創新在成都，生產轉化在市州”的產業發展“雙飛地”模式，推動廣安生物醫藥產業超常規、高質量、可持續發展。

以下所有材料需要提交電子版（掃描件等）及紙質版。
